By booking a session, purchasing a program, joining an event, or accessing any offerings provided through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Disclaimer

   All readings, energy healing sessions, breathwork experiences, mentorship programs, courses, and community offerings are intended for personal growth, spiritual exploration, self-reflection, and educational purposes.

   These services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service.

   No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.

   By participating in any offering, you accept full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, well-being, and personal growth.

2. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy

   For all private readings, energy healing sessions, mentorship sessions, and other scheduled one-on-one services:

   Rescheduling

   Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time using the link provided in your confirmation email.

   Cancellations

   Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee.

   Late Cancellations and No-Shows

   Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable.

3. Mothership Sessions
   All Mothership Sessions purchased during live broadcasts are non-refundable.

   If a Mothership Session is purchased while a live broadcast is not active, the session will be fulfilled through an alternative format, such as a recorded audio or video delivery, within 48 business hours.

4. Community Offerings and Group Events

   Due to limited capacity and the nature of live group experiences, registrations for community offerings, workshops, guided meditations, and group events are non-refundable.

   If a recording is available for a specific event, it will be provided according to the details listed on the event registration page.

5. Digital Products and Courses
   Due to the immediate access provided to digital products, downloadable materials, courses, and other digital content, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Age Requirement
   All services and offerings are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

7. Right to Refuse Service
   I reserve the right to decline, discontinue, or terminate services when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all participants.

8. Changes to These Terms
   These Terms of Service may be updated periodically without prior notice. Continued use of this website and its services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
